Action is split into exploration and adventure, ranging through to strategic combat, and the partner you choose to help you in battle can seriously change the way you fight and can give you a massive advantage. Team-based Jutsus and Ougis can get you further in play, and combat expands to the one-on-one Versus mode too, with over 60 playable characters and 24 battle stages to experience.
